Weight-loss is just a side-effect

Fast food, Fast cars and fast results have also brought us to fast fitness in many ways. At some point or other, all of us have jumped on to the fitness bandwagon led by short-terms fads or experimental diets which have ended with us either fitting into our old denims for a brief period or with a visit to the kitchen after waking up with hunger at midnight. We have thought we could ban carbs for life, that everything with a 'baked' label will be healthy, including chips and many more such misinformed facts or misconceptions. Question is are these efforts sustainable? The measuring tape and the weighing scale have over shadowed our OWN bodies and our OWN sense of judgement.

You may be one of these people or you may know at least one such person who has fallen for such fitness fads.
Let's not minimize our energy levels for maximizing weight loss
Let's not minimize the FUN of exercising for maximizing results
Let's not compromise the FORM in exercising for maximizing reps

Why not focus on becoming really fit from within
Why not train the body to feel alive
Weight loss, inch-loss, fat loss, good-looks (on whichever 'promise' you are sold on) will be just side effects!
