An interesting quote that I came upon on the internet turns out to be quite the opposite take on the popular Kanye West song, 'Stronger', but means well too. The quote is by Boulder Colorado running club : "Whatever does not make me stronger, kills me." Question is, are you uncomfortable enough in your comfort zone to do something about it?
